Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN OR USING THE SKETRICGEN AFFILIATE PROGRAM. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM, OR USING A SKETRICGEN AFFILIATE LINK OR PROMOTIONAL CODE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the SketricGen Affiliate Program (the "Program"), operated by Sketric Solutions LLC ("SketricGen," "we," "us," or "our").

By enrolling in the Program, accepting these Affiliate Terms, or using a SketricGen affiliate link or promotional code, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to these Affiliate Terms, the SketricGen Terms and Conditions, and the SketricGen Privacy Policy. If these Affiliate Terms conflict with the general SketricGen Terms and Conditions on a matter specific to the Program, these Affiliate Terms control for that matter.

1. Eligibility and enrollment

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
  2. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information about your identity, audience, promotional channels, and intended promotion methods when requested.
  3. Unless SketricGen gives prior written approval, each person or business may maintain only one Affiliate account. Creating, controlling, or benefiting from multiple Affiliate or referred-user accounts for the same person is prohibited.
  4. Enrollment through the public, self-service Program does not guarantee continued participation, payment, an extension, or acceptance into a separately negotiated partner campaign. SketricGen may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation after reviewing an Affiliate's identity, audience, promotional methods, traffic, and referral activity.

2. Standard self-enrolled campaign

  1. Unless your Affiliate dashboard or a separate written agreement states otherwise, a self-enrolled campaign runs for six weeks from the date your referral code is created. Your referral link and promotional code may expire when that campaign ends.
  2. A campaign may offer a signup bonus, a subscription commission, or both. The active benefits enabled for your account are the benefits shown in your Affiliate dashboard.
  3. Under the current standard campaign:
    • an eligible new signup may earn a $0.50 signup bonus; and
    • an eligible paid subscription may earn a 20% commission on the qualifying amount recorded by SketricGen's billing and attribution systems, for up to the first six qualifying monthly payments or the first qualifying annual payment.
  4. If a qualifying subscription is first attributed to you while your referral link or promotional code is active, eligible renewal commissions may continue after the six-week campaign or referral-code expiration for the remainder of the commission period described above. Renewal commissions remain subject to these Affiliate Terms, including refund, chargeback, account-status, benefit-status, fraud, and campaign-cap rules.
  5. A referred customer may receive a promotional discount when one is shown for the active campaign. Discounts, rates, eligibility periods, and benefit types may differ for separately approved campaigns.
  6. Dashboard figures are provisional until SketricGen completes its eligibility, fraud, refund, chargeback, and payout review. SketricGen will not withhold verified eligible compensation except as permitted by these Affiliate Terms.

3. Eligible referrals and attribution

An activity qualifies for compensation only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The referred person is a genuine new user acting independently and for a legitimate purpose.
  2. The signup or purchase is correctly attributed through your active referral link or promotional code and is recorded by SketricGen's systems.
  3. The relevant signup or subscription benefit is enabled for your Affiliate account at the time of the activity.
  4. The referral does not involve self-referral, duplicate accounts, fabricated activity, manipulation, a prior paid SketricGen customer where the campaign is limited to new customers, or any other prohibited conduct.
  5. The underlying payment, where applicable, is successfully completed and is not refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or reasonably suspected of fraud.

SketricGen's records will determine attribution and eligible compensation unless you provide evidence of a potential tracking error. You may report a suspected attribution or tracking error within 30 days after the relevant activity or payout decision appears in your Affiliate dashboard. SketricGen will review timely disputes in good faith and correct verified errors.

4. Minimum payout

  1. The minimum payout is $20.00 USD in verified, eligible compensation.
  2. You must have at least $20.00 in verified, eligible compensation at the time your payout request is reviewed. Amounts below $20.00 are not payable under the standard self-enrolled Program.
  3. A verified eligible balance below $20.00 will remain recorded and may be combined with later eligible compensation while your Affiliate account remains active. It does not expire solely because the initial six-week campaign ends.
  4. A dashboard balance does not itself create an unconditional right to payment. All balances remain subject to these Affiliate Terms and SketricGen's verification. Once a balance has been verified as eligible and satisfies the minimum payout and applicable cap, SketricGen will pay it in accordance with Section 6.

5. Standard Program payout cap and extensions

  1. The maximum aggregate payout under a standard self-enrolled campaign is $200.00 USD, unless SketricGen approves a higher limit in writing.
  2. If you expect to exceed the standard $200.00 cap, contact the SketricGen team and provide the information requested about your identity, audience, promotional channels, and the methods used to acquire referred users.
  3. After review, SketricGen may offer an extended campaign or custom Affiliate arrangement with a higher written payout limit. Approved limits may reach several thousand US dollars where the Affiliate, audience, promotional methods, and expected results are a strong fit.
  4. An extension is discretionary, is not guaranteed, and applies only after SketricGen confirms it in writing. The written approval will state the applicable limit and any additional conditions.
  5. Compensation stops accruing when you reach the applicable payout cap unless SketricGen approves a higher cap in writing. SketricGen will use reasonable efforts to show the applicable cap and your progress toward it in the Affiliate dashboard so you can request an extension before reaching it.

6. Requesting and receiving a payout

  1. Payouts are not automatic. To request a payout, contact SketricGen through the Affiliate Request contact form or email contact@sketricsolutions.com.
  2. SketricGen may request your legal name, country of residence or registration, tax information, bank information, proof of identity, audience information, promotional channels, and supporting referral records before approving a payout.
  3. Approved payouts are manually initiated by the SketricGen team and paid by bank transfer to a verified bank account held by or validly controlled by the Affiliate.
  4. SketricGen aims to initiate an approved payout within 30 days after receiving all required information and completing verification. Banking delays, incomplete information, compliance checks, disputes, and fraud reviews may extend this period.
  5. You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, intermediary bank charges, currency-conversion costs, or receiving-bank fees that apply to your payout.

7. Verification, holds, and rejected compensation

  1. SketricGen may verify your identity, audience authenticity, promotional activity, referral quality, account relationships, and payout information before or after approving compensation.
  2. Verification may use manual review and technical anti-fraud capabilities, including account relationships, referral and payment patterns, behavioral signals, and other indicators available to SketricGen, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
  3. SketricGen may place a temporary hold on compensation or a payout request while a review is ongoing or while requested information remains outstanding. Where legally and operationally permitted, SketricGen will tell you why the payment is on hold and what information is needed from you.
  4. After receiving all requested information, SketricGen aims to complete a standard verification review within 30 days. A review involving suspected fraud, a payment dispute, legal restrictions, or unusually complex activity may take longer, but SketricGen will provide a status update upon reasonable request where doing so would not compromise security or an investigation.
  5. Where SketricGen reasonably determines that these Affiliate Terms were not met, it may reject or reverse ineligible compensation, withhold unpaid amounts, reduce a balance, suspend or terminate the Affiliate account, and offset amounts previously paid in error against future compensation.
  6. If compensation was already paid for fraudulent, reversed, or otherwise ineligible activity, SketricGen may require repayment to the extent permitted by law.

8. Fraudulent and prohibited activity

You must not, directly or indirectly:

  1. Refer yourself, create accounts for yourself through your own referral link or code, or arrange for another person to create an account primarily for your benefit.
  2. Create, control, coordinate, or use multiple accounts for the same person or organization to generate signups, discounts, commissions, or other benefits.
  3. Use bots, scripts, spoofing, fake identities, stolen identities, fabricated users, misleading traffic, click fraud, payment fraud, or any other artificial means to generate or inflate activity.
  4. Coordinate signups or purchases that have no genuine intent to use SketricGen.
  5. Misrepresent SketricGen, the Program, expected earnings, discounts, product capabilities, pricing, or your relationship with SketricGen.
  6. Use spam, unlawful advertising, deceptive claims, impersonation, trademark abuse, unauthorized cookie placement, forced redirects, or any promotion that violates applicable law or a third-party platform's rules.
  7. Offer unauthorized rebates, payments, incentives, or benefit-sharing arrangements intended to manipulate Program eligibility.
  8. Interfere with, bypass, reverse engineer, or manipulate SketricGen's attribution, security, payment, or fraud-prevention systems.

Confirmed or reasonably substantiated fraud may result in immediate disqualification, loss of unpaid compensation, a permanent ban from the Program, and suspension or termination of Affiliate accounts. Referred-user accounts that participated in, benefited from, or are reasonably connected to the prohibited activity may also be investigated, restricted, suspended, or terminated. A legitimate referred user will not be penalized solely because the referring Affiliate violated these terms, unless the user was involved in or benefited from the violation.

9. Promotional and disclosure requirements

  1. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your Affiliate relationship wherever required by law or platform policy. A disclosure should be easy to notice and understand, such as: "I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link."
  2. You may use SketricGen-provided Affiliate materials only to promote the Program and only while your participation is active.
  3. You must not present yourself as an employee, agent, legal representative, or exclusive partner of SketricGen.
  4. You must not make guarantees about product performance, customer outcomes, approval, earnings, or payout amounts.
  5. You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing complies with advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, anti-spam, intellectual-property, and platform-specific rules that apply to you.

10. Refunds, reversals, and adjustments

SketricGen may remove or reverse compensation connected to refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, duplicate transactions, failed or disputed payments, billing errors, prohibited conduct, or activity that does not meet the eligibility requirements. These adjustments may occur after an amount first appears in the Affiliate dashboard.

11. Taxes and independent relationship

  1. You are an independent participant and not an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or franchisee of SketricGen.
  2. You have no authority to make commitments on SketricGen's behalf.
  3. You are solely responsible for taxes, registrations, licenses, filings, and other obligations arising from your participation or compensation. SketricGen may withhold amounts or request tax documentation where required by law.

12. Suspension and termination

  1. You may stop participating at any time by ceasing promotion and contacting SketricGen to request closure of your Affiliate account.
  2. SketricGen may suspend, restrict, or terminate the Program or your participation if you violate these Affiliate Terms, create legal or reputational risk, fail verification, remain inactive, or engage in activity SketricGen reasonably considers abusive, misleading, or harmful.
  3. Verified eligible compensation earned before termination will not be forfeited solely because participation ends. It remains payable subject to the minimum payout, applicable cap, verification requirements, and payout process in these Affiliate Terms.
  4. SketricGen may still reject, reverse, or withhold compensation connected to fraud, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate or ineligible activity, or another specific violation of these Affiliate Terms. A below-threshold balance remains recorded as described in Section 4 unless the Affiliate account was terminated for fraudulent or prohibited activity.
  5. Sections concerning verification, payment adjustments, taxes, intellectual property, limitations, disputes, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.

13. Program changes

SketricGen may change, pause, or end the Program or update these Affiliate Terms. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice through the website, Affiliate dashboard, account email, or another appropriate channel. Changes will not convert compensation that was ineligible when recorded into eligible compensation. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop participating in the Program.

14. No guaranteed results

SketricGen does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, conversions, or earnings. Affiliate compensation is performance-based.

Verified eligible compensation will be paid in accordance with Sections 4 through 7, subject to the minimum payout threshold, the applicable campaign cap, and permitted adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, or prohibited activity.

Tracking interruptions may occasionally occur. Affiliates may report a suspected tracking error within the period described in Section 3, and SketricGen will review timely reports in good faith.

15. Governing terms and disputes

The governing-law, dispute-resolution, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and other general legal provisions in the SketricGen Terms and Conditions apply to these Affiliate Terms and the Program.
